New Patch 1.7 for Call of Duty 4

Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare has a patch available to 1.7 on Infinity Wards website.  I had an option to update through the game itself as a new option appeared on the main menu screen stating "Auto Update" that brought me here:

Minor fixes according to the site but looks like us PC gamers must update as most servers already have by now.
